Every instructor has extensive, formal dance training, a minimum of 5 years teaching and choreographic experience and is CPR/AED certified.
We are truly passionate about teaching and strive to make each and every student feel welcome, get fit and have FUN along the way!

Whitney has two ankle joints on each foot! This anomaly came in handy when she was the quick-footed tap coach for the Broadway show Billy Elliot.
About her Class
Hali’s vibe is fun, friendly and very down-to-earth. She uses popular music to keep everyone engaged and encourages everyone to "Be Selfish! These 60 minutes are all about you!"
Hali teaches Power Play, “RV" Yoga (Restorative/Vinyasa combo) outdoor workouts and our Food Fit Nutrition Workshop. She also offers 1-on-1 nutrition coaching.

Even though Hali has not lived on Long Island in 7 years, her accent is still as thick as ever. With a Father from Queens and a Mother from Brooklyn their influences remain strong. Her friends often ask her to say different words for their entertainment, their favorite of course being "Cawww-feee."
